After extensive research and community feedback, the HOA Board has determined that garden hose coiling direction is a critical safety and aesthetic concern. All residents must comply with the new mandatory coiling standards.
🔄 MANDATORY CLOCKWISE COILING
Direction: ALL garden hoses must be coiled CLOCKWISE
Reasoning: Counter-clockwise coiling has been linked to increased property values and reduced neighbor complaints
Enforcement: Random inspections by HOA Compliance Officers
📏 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Coil Diameter: Maximum 18 inches, minimum 12 inches
- Coil Height: Maximum 3 feet from ground level
- Storage Location: Must be within 5 feet of house
- Color Coordination: Hose color must complement house exterior
- Nozzle Position: Must face away from street
⚠️ VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES
Residents found with improperly coiled hoses will face:
